From time-to-time, computer users will experience a problem while trying to utilize a website, whether it's ordering
a product or signing up for an online service. While many problems are caused directly by a website's software, many are also caused by
settings, etc. on the user's computer. We have created this page to assist you in solving problems you may experience on this site
which are a result of an technical issue with your computer:
1. Site Is Slow/Can't Add Items To Cart/Can't Checkout
These problems are usually caused by a lack of memory on the user's computer. It is easily fixed by the deletion of the computer's
temporary internet files or cache. As a proactive way of keeping
your computer's performance tuned-up, we recommend deleting your temporary internet files/cache on a
regular basis. Frequent internet users should probably do it every day.
Internet Explorer: If you use Internet Explorer, follow these steps to delete your temporary
internet files:
STEP 1: Click on "Tools" and then "Delete Browsing History."
STEP 2: When the "Delete Browsing History" window opens up, click on the "Delete Files" button in the
"Temporary Internet Files" box at the top of the window.
STEP 3: When the Temporary Internet Files are deleted, close all of your Internet Explorer browser
windows.
STEP 4: Re-launch Internet Explorer and return to YourNameUniversity.com
to retry your order.
Mozilla Firefox: If you use Mozilla Firefox, follow these steps to delete your temporary
internet files:
STEP 1: Click on "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data."
STEP 2: When the "Clear Private Data" window opens up, un-check all of the boxes except for "Cache"
and then click on the "Clear Private Data" button at the bottom of the window.
STEP 3: When the Temporary Internet Files are deleted, close all of your Mozilla Firefox browser
windows.
STEP 4: Re-launch Mozilla Firefox and return to YourNameUniversity.com
to retry your order.

If after deleting your Temporary Internet Files, you still experience a problem, please do the following:
STEP 1: Right click on the YourNameUniversity.com
web page displaying the error message.
STEP 2: Highlight the text of the error message and copy (Ctrl C)/paste (Crtl V) it into an email
and send it to: Feedback(@)YourNameUniversity.com.
STEP 3: Our technical staff will investigate the error and we will get back to you
as soon as possible regarding its status.

2. Credit Card Is Declined
If your credit card is declined more than once when placing an order and you have verified you are entering the correct information,
please contact the credit card's issuer for assistance. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to place your order a different way that would change
the outcome.
3. Can't Download/Print Diploma-Certificate
If you are having a problem downloading a diploma or certificate, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.
STEP 2: Delete your computer's temporary internet files or cache.
STEP 3: If your diploma/certificate downloads and opens up in Adobe Reader but doesn't print, the problem is with your
computer and your printer settings.
STEP 4: If none of the above steps solve your problem, please contact us.
